Sunny at the Piano
Coming from a family of six, Sunny grew up in a small Ohio town, secure and safe, and sheltered. She attended a small, parochial girls high school in Pennsylvania, studying Latin, French and Sciences.
Her first venture was a high school graduation gift of a European two-week trip with The Ambassadors of America.
Her college music degree was earned at a parochial girls college in Iowa.
Upon graduation, she accepted a teaching job in St. Paul, MN. Little did she know that this would be the start of something big. Really big. Really, REALLY big!!

Sunny on backup vocals
A graduate of Clarke University in Dubuque, Iowa, Sunny started her music career teaching elementary music and piano lessons.
But she was soon captivated by that rascal raconteur, Mel Calvert, when he was performing the song, "Sunny!"
Soon it was on the road together, crisscrossing the United States, Canada, and Mexico, singing and entertaining with the best backup bands, meeting other show groups and comedians across the great USA.
